Startup support org you should know: Launch Pad FT

Launch Pad FT is the state certified business incubator housed at Francis Tuttle Technology Center. Launch Pad FT provides the starting point for small businesses to grow, mature, and become sustainable in our community. Launch Pad FT serves the needs of entrepreneurs starting a new venture as well as owners of early-stage companies facing struggles in today’s economic environment. Business incubation is a process of analysis of the constraints and creation of a program to improve the business and management skillset of an entrepreneur. The intent of the incubation process is to “graduate” the client into the outside world of business better prepared to create a sustainable venture that will contribute to regional economic growth and development.

In addition to its business incubator, Francis Tuttle Technology Center recently launched a pre-accelerator program. This pre-accelerator was created to help entrepreneurs take their business and entrepreneurial ideas and determine business feasibility. The goal of the pre-accelerator is to assist businesses in becoming prepared to apply to local and national accelerator programs.

Launch Pad FT is a proud partner in the Launch OKC Metro collaboration (launchokcmetro.com). This local collaboration serves to provide local entrepreneurs access to a comprehensive directory or resources, events calendar, stories, learning, podcasts, and serves to help increase the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Oklahoma City metro area.​
